The new version is (finally) up!
January 11th, 2008
We are extremely happy to announce the launch of a new and improved version of tv3o.com!
If you’ve been to the site in the last few days you’ve probably noticed something is going on behind the scenes - we had a pretty rough time trying to upgrade our servers to be able to support all the new features we’ve been working on for the last few months. We apologize to everyone for the mess and especially to those of you that experienced problems during the upgrade.
The good news is the wait is finally over and the site is fully updated to the new version!
We’ll have a longer follow-up with more details about what’s new but right now we really need to get some sleep.
You’re welcome to walk around and check out all the new stuff we added:
- Your own personalized channel open for everyone to use. No need to register. Just pick any shows you like and add them. You’ll be able to come back whenever you want and get all the latest updates on all the programs you like.
- A new recommendations engine - look for the episodes or shows you like and you’ll find more recommendations for others we hope you would enjoy watching. If you haven’t done it - do it now!
- Add alerts to any show you like and get an alert every time new videos are available for it (You’ll need to register to do that - we need to know where to send the mail, right?)
- And last but definitely not least… you can now watch videos, full episodes or even whole seasons right here for free!
All you need to do is browse the site and keep an eye for the red WATCH HERE icon (Like here for example).
Just click and enjoy the show!
(Not everything is available right now but we’re working on adding more content as it is made available.)
Keep checking back or leave a comment with any requests you have.
New shows at tv3o
November 3rd, 2007
We’ve been working hard here at tv3o to bring you the best of this year’s great Fall schedule, and I’m happy to announce that we have added 36 new shows in the last 7 days!
Here are some of our favourite shows, which you can check out right now:
House season 4 - As Season Four opens, House is without a team to contribute to the perplexing medical cases he undertakes, and Cuddy and Wilson are adamant that he recruit new fellowship candidates. After 40 applicants applied for the newly vacated spots on his team, a group of five doctors — played by Olivia Wilde, Kal Penn, Peter Jacobson, Anne Dudek and Edi Gathegi — have emerged as finalists vying for the coveted and hotly contested openings.

Prison break season 3 - Just when they thought they were out, they are pulled back in – for the most dangerous escape ever. Entering its dramatic and action-packed third season, PRISON BREAK finds MICHAEL SCOFIELD (Wentworth Miller) wrongly incarcerated in Sona, a hellish Panamanian prison where there are no rules, no guards and no escape.

The Simpsons season 19 - The opening to the season premiere of The Simpsons began where The Simpsons Movie left off and hints a 2nd movie!!Wonder what happened to Spider-Pig? Or Homer’s Pig Crap silo? Want to know what happened to springfield? …

7th heaven season 5 - From leading television producer Aaron Spelling comes 7th Heaven, a critically acclaimed family drama about a minister, his wife and their seven children. The WB’s highest-rated series, 7th Heaven has captured the hearts of television audiences with its witty, charming and heartwarming storytelling and has been praised for providing high-quality entertainment for all ages.

Falcon Beach season 2 - Falcon Beach tells the story of local and vacationing young men and women sharing three months together in a fictional waterfront community on the shores of Lake Winnipeg.

Kyle XY season 2 Kyle XY follows a mysterious boy who looks like a teenager, but otherwise appears to be a newborn. The Trager family takes him in as one of their own.
Mother, The Sorcerer and The Cold War
August 12th, 2007
Cooking shows aside, now it’s time for some Testosterone and a new favorite of mine: TNT’s The Company.

Following the story of 3 Yale graduates that find themselves on opposing sides of the Cold War, across 40 years from a divided Germany and the rise of Communism in eastern Europe back in 1954 all the way to the Fall of the Berlin wall, we’re taken for a pretty intensive ride into the depths of “The Company”, a.k.a. the CIA, and into the lives of the unnamed people behind the scenes that shaped history as we know it.
Based on Robert Littell’s thriller of the same name, starring Chris O’Donnell (Scent of a Woman, Kinsey, Grey’s Anatomy), Micheal Keaton (Batman, Beetle Juice), Alfred Molina (Spider-Man), Natascha McElhone (Ronin, Solaris), and produced by Ridley Scott, Tony Scott & John Calley.
Although only a 3-part mini-series this show is definitely a winner on my list.
The 2nd part aired tonight and obviously we already have it available for you (together with last week’s first part), so tune in to watch the full episodes, plus specials and behind-the-scenes footage here.
… And don’t forget to come back next week for the concluding episode.
We’ll have it ready for you in your favorite new place to watch TV online: tv3o, of course.
Now We’re Cooking!
August 12th, 2007
So, I finally saw “Hell’s Kitchen” the other night and what can I say, the guy’s a genius. My wife’s been watching cooking shows for years, and I have to be honest with you - I’m not really a huge fan. But this show actually kept my interest for more than a minute, a whole hour, actually.

The next logical step, of course, was to add Hell’s Kitchen to our growing list of content. So if you haven’t already, you should check it out. You can get caught up with all the drama just in time for the finale this Monday, at 9/8 central on FOX, I know I’ll be watching.
And on that note, there’s a lot of content out there that we haven’t added yet -either because we don’t know about it, or because we just haven’t had time - we’re just two guys with full time jobs who like TV…
So let us know what you’d like to see on tv3o, and if you think we can make improvements. We’re just getting started and are open to suggestions. We’re happy to see so many of you visiting,
Cheers,
Lior
It’s Our First Month Anniversary!
August 11th, 2007
So it’s been a whole month since we’ve opened the site to the public and things are looking great so far - which means we got a cool excuse to celebrate our first month anniversary and get the tv3o blog rolling!

We would like to thank everyone who helped us out before and after the launch with comments and new ideas. I won’t expose any names here but you know who you are. There’s still lots of stuff coming up so you’re not done yet - We’ll keep bugging you… and we know where you live!
As you’ve probably noticed we’ve started making some small changes during this month and bigger ones are coming up (once we get everything working properly…) so be sure to come back and check up on us. In the meantime we’d like to apologize for any bugs or problems you’ve noticed or experienced during your stay on the site - we’re still in a bug fixing mode so be sure to use the feedback form and leave us your ideas, suggestions or anything else you’d like us to know about. If you got something you’d like to say publicly (like if you think this whole thing sucks!) just use the comments below and let everybody know about it.
Once we get past the next major site update we’ll be announcing some open spots for editors, writers and channel ops so if you got what it takes to be one, got TV flowing in your blood or just see the potential and want to help us out drop us a line and we’ll contact you shortly.
What else?… Oh, yeah.
Greetings to all our visitors from the UK, Canada, Israel, Germany, Australia, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Poland, Spain, Romania, France, Japan, Turkey, New Zealand, India, Brazil, Denmark, Cyprus, Taiwan, Lithuania, Saudi Arabia, Czech Republic, UAE, Singapore, China, Slovakia, Honduras, Malaysia, South Korea, Hungary, Jamaica, Italy, Bulgaria, Chile, Sudan, Uruguay, Ecuador, Mexico, Hong Kong, Argentina, Estonia, Austria, Malta, South Africa, Tunisia, Philippines, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Mauritius, French Guiana, Latvia, and the US!
